Chef Driven Street Food

Mad Dash Kitchen is a gourmet street food quick service spot built for people who want comfort food with real craft behind it. Founded in 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic, Mad Dash was created by Chef and Owner Corey Jones to bring two of his favorite worlds into one kitchen: bold sandwiches and craveable street food classics. Today, we serve chef driven burgers, sandwiches, salads, house made chips, wings, and more, all made with fresh ingredients and products sourced from local businesses throughout the Charlotte region. Our promise is simple: fast, high quality to go meals that never taste like an afterthought.

Meet Chef Corey Jones

Chef Corey Jones was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, and moved to North Carolina in 2008 to continue his culinary education at Johnson and Wales University. He graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor's in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts, and has been refining his signature style ever since: food that is eye catching, layered with flavor, and built to take your taste buds on a full journey. At Mad Dash, Chef Corey's goal is to create dishes that keep you coming back, not just because they're indulgent, but because every bite feels intentional.
