Mad Dash Kitchen is a gourmet street food quick service spot built for people who want comfort food with real craft behind it. Founded in 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic, Mad Dash was created by Chef and Owner Corey Jones to bring two of his favorite worlds into one kitchen: bold sandwiches and craveable street food classics. Today, we serve chef driven sandwiches, tacos, loaded fresh cut fries, house made chips, wings, and more, all made with fresh ingredients and products sourced from local businesses throughout the Charlotte region. Our promise is simple: fast, high quality to go meals that never taste like an afterthought.
